Angela Levesque, Attorney
After graduating cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Ms. Levesque pursued a law degree from the Washington College of Law at American University in Washington, D.C. Ms. Levesque started working in immigration law in 2004 as a paralegal. After finishing law school and passing the Maryland bar, she obtained her law license in 2007. Shortly thereafter she passed the Idaho State Bar.
Ms. Levesque founded Levesque Law PLLC in May of 2010. Her practice focuses on all aspects of immigration law with emphasis on litigation, removal defense, family-based immigration, and immigration based on benefits available to survivors of crime. Angela Levesque helped found and is chair of the Idaho chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. She is an active member in the legal community – serving as a mentor to volunteer attorneys, teaching Continuing Legal Education courses to Idaho lawyers, and mentoring law students.
Attorney Levesque’s passion is helping the immigrant community. The child of Colombian immigrants, Ms. Levesque has a unique understanding of the difficulties in navigating the labyrinth of immigration law and bureaucracy. She aims to find solutions to difficult problems and to walk clients, step-by-step, through their cases. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Ms. Levesque is a member of the Maryland and Idaho bars and has been admitted to practice in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Angela Torres, Executive Assistant
Angela Torres is an executive assistant who has worked at Levesque Law since 2021. Angela speaks fluent Spanish being a first-generation Mexican American. She finds working in immigration rewarding because she can make a positive impact on people’s lives while being part of a team that helps them navigate the complex legal processes of being in a new country and starting a new chapter in their lives.
Alma Hernandez, Paralegal
Alma Hernandez is a paralegal at Levesque Law PLLC. Alma was born in Anaheim, California and grew up in Los Angeles. Both of her parents immigrated to the United States before she was born, and she has witnessed their immigration process to obtain a legal status. She understands the hardship immigrant families can face. Alma is bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish. She has worked at Levesque Law PLLC since 2019.

Rosa Hernandez, Paralegal
Rosa Hernandez is an immigration paralegal at Levesque Law. Rosa speaks Spanish fluently, having immigrated to the United States from Mexico. She has a personal understanding of the immigration process. Having worked at Levesque Law since 2015, Rosa has vast experience in preparing most immigration application types. Rosa assists our clients in completing and filing immigration documents, conducting research, and facilitating communication with clients. She here to provide clients with support throughout the immigration process.
Mayra Juarez, Paralegal
Mayra Juarez is a paralegal. She has worked at Levesque Law PLLC since July of 2021. Mayra speaks both Spanish and English fluently. She was born and raised in Idaho. Mayra has a personal understanding of the immigration process, which gives her drive and focus when helping the Levesque team work on client cases. She is experienced at answering a high volume of incoming calls while handling in-person inquiries from clients and colleagues. She is the friendly first voice one often hears when calling the firm.
Dayana Maldonado, Paralegal
Dayana Maldonado has been an immigration paralegal at Levesque Law since November 2021. Dayana is fluent in English and Spanish. Though she was born and raised in California, she has a personal understanding of the Immigration process and how complex and delicate it can be since her parents immigrated to the US from Mexico. Dayana is committed to providing excellent assistance to Levesque Law clients. She loves helping clients make their immigration goals and dreams a reality.
Slen Ramirez, Paralegal
Slen Ramirez is a dedicated paralegal at Levesque Law PLLC, specializing in immigration law. Born in San Diego, CA, and raised in Idaho, Slen is a first-generation Mexican American, who approaches each case with care and compassion, recognizing the profound impact of helping clients achieve their goals of new legal status. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Slen effectively communicates with a diverse clientele. Outside of work, Slen enjoys spending time outdoors and attending church with her husband and kids. She cherishes family moments, creates lasting memories together, and loves hosting gatherings and cooking for loved ones.
Irma Vejar, Paralegal
Irma Vejar is a senior paralegal at Levesque Law PLLC, who has a passion for helping others with their immigration needs. She has worked at Levesque Law since 2010 and, as a result, has experience in handling weighty matters for clients such as fighting against removal (deportation), helping survivors of crime, and many other immigration processes. She has a strong skill set and a proven track record of success.
Irma speaks English and Spanish fluently. Irma enjoys working with people from all over the world and making a positive difference in their lives. She loves helping people and reuniting families; she finds this the most gratifying part of her job.
